Sale
Our entire offer is valid while stocks last, subjectto prior sale. Each new published list replaces the previous one. The quotedprices are net and exclude the legal VAT of 7.7%.
Payment
Payment must be made within 10 days of the invoicedate, before collection/shipment. The goods remain the property of Fine WineFellows AG until full payment of the invoice is complete. After expiry of thepayment period, we reserve the right to resell the goods.
Delivery in Switzerland
We deliver in Switzerland from a net order value ofCHF 2000 free of charge, below that we charge the shipping costs of therespective courier service (carrier, post, Planzer). The delivery is made by acarrier or Planzer parcel. Insurance of the goods during transport is at theexpense of the buyer.
Collection from customers outside Switzerland
Shipping costs as well as customs duties and VAT atthe destination are to be paid by the customer. The legal VAT of 7.7% on thenet value is valid for pickup on site by private persons and is only omittedfor shipment/collection by a forwarding agent or courier service.
Buyer's risk/ Complaints
Deliveries are to be checked by the buyer forcompleteness and intactness and any complaints are to be made within 5 workingdays. The wines are sold according to the conditions described undercondition/packaging. We list only wines of good origin and storage, but we donot guarantee the enjoyment value of the bottles and the buyer bears the corkrisk.
